The B&B "il Bosco degli Elfi" has two spacious bedrooms with a double bed in the Green Room and two twin-beds in the Yellow Room, a large wardrobe and beside cupboards.

The bathroom is adjacent and for the exclusive use of the guests, and is furnished with all necessary fitments including shower and a large mirror.

In summer cool air is supplied by the surrounding woods and the thick stone walls.
In winter heating is provided by the wood-burning fire which heats the water, augmented by the traditional gas heating.

The B&B "il Bosco degli Elfi" offers a breakfast using regional products which provide a programme of healthy eating.

Black or green tea or coffee is available, milk can be either soya, rice, goats' or cows' milk, also fruit juice and freshly squeezed juice from fruit which is in season.Then you can choose between a traditional Italian sweet breakfast or a savoury breakfast of eggs, cooked meats, cheese and seasonal vegetables.

Note: at the time of booking please specify if any guest has any food intolerance or allergy (diabetic, cicliac, etc.)

Dogs of any size are welcome but at night must be kept in the kennel outside the house. The property is not fenced so please keep on a lead.

If requested we can supply maps of the area and various brochures for the local castles, tourist excursions, walks and pony treking.

Internet connection is available with the assistance of the proprietor. The phone is available free for all national calls, but not for international calls.

Main meals, lunch and dinner, are not available at the Bed & Breakfast. We can however suggest typical local eating places within the area.

It is possible to accomodate your own horses (up to 3) in the spacious paddock at the side of the house, with the provision of an open box (without a gate) to ensure maximum freedom of movement for the animal.
Every horse will receive abundant hay from freshly cut healthy grass, right proportioned together with the growth in the surrounding fields, plus water.
We advise that you bring with you any special food or medicine that is necessary.

The price for a horse is 25 euros per day and 20 euros for any further horse.

The price for a room is 45/60 euros per night.

The room accomodates two adults with the addiction
of a cot for children under 5 year of age.
